At present, rice in southern my country has fully entered the "double grab" period of summer agriculture, and it is also the peak period for agricultural machinery oil. How to save oil has become the most concerned topic of the majority of agricultural machinery operators. Summarizing many years of experience in agricultural machinery management and promotion, the same type of machine can complete the same work items and workload. Due to the different operating skills of the drivers, the fuel consumption can vary by 10% to 20%. I think the energy saving of agricultural machinery can be achieved through the following main ways:

After a diesel engine is used for a period of time, the wear of the cylinder liner piston assembly, the valve mechanism and the precision parts of the fuel system will result in a decrease in power and an increase in fuel consumption. Therefore, timely maintenance and troubleshooting are required to restore its normal technical state.

　　2. Diesel fuel can be used after more than 48 hours of precipitation. Before refueling, be sure to wipe off the dust and dirt around the fuel tank, and then open the fuel tank cap. Try to use hoses to make the oil flow into the fuel tank by its own weight or refuel with a hand pump. Using the precipitated clean diesel fuel can not only improve the working reliability and economy of the engine parts, but also effectively extend the service life of the parts.

　　3. Prevent fuel dripping. Regularly inspect the fuel consumption of the engine, and resolutely prevent the occurrence of fuel dripping.

　　4. The fuel injector has dripping or poor atomization, and the fuel supply advance angle is too early or too late, and the diesel will not be fully burned and black smoke will be emitted. Therefore, timely and correct adjustments must be made.

　　5. Diesel leakage at fuel tank switches, fuel pipe joints, diesel filters and high-pressure fuel pipes should be repaired in time. Otherwise, when the locomotive is running, the leakage will become more and more serious due to vibration, causing unnecessary fuel consumption.

　　6. Maintain the air filter regularly. Especially when there is a lot of dust in the field and the working environment is bad, the maintenance cycle of the locomotive should be shortened to keep it clean and unobstructed at all times. Otherwise, it will easily cause the filter to be blocked, the air supply is insufficient, the mixture becomes thick, and the diesel cannot be fully burned. Increased unnecessary fuel consumption.

　　7. The fuel-saving principle of gear selection during driving is high or low. As long as the diesel engine speed reaches a suitable speed, the high gear must be entered, and the high gear should be kept at low speed during driving, which is beneficial to fuel saving.

　　8. When farm machinery is working in the field, it is necessary to choose the correct walking route and try to minimize the idle trip. The farmer must contact the operation field before using it. Generally, it can take the form of verbal agreement or signing the operation contract. It is necessary to choose the operation area with large field area and contiguous contiguous area as much as possible, and the transfer of equipment is more convenient. For the selected operation field, scientifically and reasonably arrange the operation time and route to reduce the number of transfers and the transfer distance of the machine as much as possible, so as to achieve the purpose of saving fuel and time.
