  Cylinder head gasket

  Piston and piston ring
  Pistons marked with an upward arrow on the top should be installed in the direction specified by the mark;if there is no mark,the vortex pit on the piston top or the small notch beside the pit should face the injector side to ensure uniform gas mixing.When assembling the piston ring,if the top is marked with UP,UP,etc.,it should be facing upwards;for twisted rings without markings on the top,the internal notch or chamfer should be facing downwards;the chrome-plated ring(with shiny shell)should be installed in the first In the piston ring groove,the ring openings should be staggered by 120 to 180 degrees to ensure the sealing effect.
  Connecting rod and connecting rod cover.The connecting rod of the horizontal diesel engine is divided by 45 degrees,and the section should be downward to improve the force of the connecting rod bolt.The connecting rod cover and the connecting rod are processed in pairs.The matching marks should be on the same side during assembly to ensure that the roundness and cylindricity of the connecting rod bearing meet the specified requirements.

  The main bearing cover and the housing of the machine body are processed by paired boring.They should be seated according to the pairing mark,and the assembly direction shall not be interchanged or changed at will,so as not to damage the coaxiality and dimensional accuracy of the main bearing housing hole.Bearing bushes or bushings with oil holes should be aligned with the corresponding oil passage holes on the bearing seat and bushing holes to ensure unobstructed oil passage.
  drive shaft and drive chain
  The drive forks at both ends of the drive shaft should be in the same plane to avoid torsional vibration and damage to the drive components.If the drive chain adopts a spring clip,the direction of its opening end should be opposite to the direction of chain movement to avoid falling off due to collision during movement.
  drive wheel
  The driving wheel with an upward arrow mark should point to the direction of rotation of the tire when moving forward;if there is no mark,the driving wheel from the back of the locomotive,the top of the figure eight or herringbone pattern should face upward.
  cylinder head bolt
  If one end of the bolt is coarse thread and the other end is fine thread,the coarse thread end should be screwed into the body;if the two ends of the bolt are fine pitch,the shorter end should be screwed into the body to ensure Press the cylinder head tightly.
  Oil pump and fuel injection pump.The oil uses planetary rotor type,the outer rotor should be chamfered towards the pump body,so as to prevent the oil from circulating in the pump and reduce the pump oil pressure.The crescent-shaped positioning groove on the injector shaft plug sleeve should be aligned with the positioning hole on the pump body,and the mark on the plunger(or oil return groove)should be installed upward to avoid no fuel supply or diesel engine runaway.
